Twenty-four ASQ members have completed the rigorous process and have been named ASQ Fellows for contributing to the advancement of quality. The new Fellows will be recognized at ASQs World Conference on Quality and Improvement in May 2014.
ASQ Fellows represent diverse industries on a global scale. The 2014 Fellows come from companies and organizations such as Hewlett-Packard Co., Honeywell Technical Solutions Inc., Procter & Gamble Co. and Shell Oil Co. ASQ currently has more than 600 active Fellows.
ASQ Fellows have an exceptional commitment to making our world work better through quality, said ASQ Chair Stephen Hacker. Theyre passionate about sharing their time, ideas and expertise in their communities and globally. These men and women are todays leaders of the quality movement.
According to ASQ bylaws, Fellow membership status may be awarded to those individuals who have been ASQ members in good standing and meet the following criteria:
